Beautifully taken care of parks in the city center - where you can swim, workout, relax in flower gardens, join sunrise kungfu sessions and children's playgrounds large as two soccer fields, the second thought.

But there is more. Hong Kong's surroundings are green, with various activities and nature parks and beaches. You can admire pink dolphins from the beachfront or on boat tours.

Lam Tsuen County Park is one of those massive and equally beautifully green places. With 1520 hectares spanning Tai Po, Fanling, and Yuen Long, it is more than worth hiking; impressive views await, and fresh air is well needed while staying in a city that never sleeps.
