is inspired by the wonderful Dim Sum Restaurant One Dim Sum in Hong Kong

Star rated Dim Sum for affordable prices and busy as can be. 

Getting a table can usually get ticky here. A long line of people is waiting, especially around lunchtime. I was lucky enough to share a table with other customers I met while waiting. We sat at one of the small corner tables; the waitress was friendly and super fast - we ordered tea and soup for a start, later many different from typical to fancy and, of course, the Michelin star-rated pork dim sum. Let's put it in short words: 

I never thought a restaurant would become the #1 on my Hong Kong bucket list.

Inspired by the One Dim Sum restaurant in Hong Kong in Sim Sha Tsui, where I experienced Michelin-starred dishes and learned about the tradition of sharing food.

The most incredible Dim Sum I have ever eaten; this place is fantastic! Michelin Star rated Dim Sum for affordable prices, and it is so delicious here that I have visited the Restaurant several times, and each time, I met friendly people and had a mouthwatering lunch. Well, it is one of the places that inspired my art for its unique charm and exceptionally welcoming and friendly people.
